Anger
Anger can be a very hard emotion to handle, especially if you've never let yourself feel anger, or if anger has been a reoccurent coping mechanism. Either way, its very important that we all learn to deal with it in a safe, constructive way that keeps us and those around us safe.

Depression
Depression is an illness that affects millions of people each year -- being the most common form of mental illness in the United States. Included here is some practical advice and concepts that may help to keep one in a more positive frame of mind (humor is especially used).

Hypervigilance & Anxiety
When not treated, hypervigilance and anxiety can be, at times, almost crippling. This page offers some sound advice on how you can begin to work on getting these symptoms under control. If you're already working on it, there might be some things listed that you perhaps haven't yet considered trying.

Panic Attacks
Panic attacks are very scary and very common. In reality, there is probably no immediate danger while having one, but this is very hard to remember in the process of having one. Listed here are some things it might help you to remember. Even writing them down on a piece of paper that you carry with you might be very helpful. Especially if and when you should have an episode outside of your home.
